Each fitness program is designed specifically for:
1. your goals. This program is for you and nobody else. It will be designed utilizing customized strategies we develop together to assure your success.
2. your body. After goal setting we will assess you physically to determine your current fitness status. This detailed information is like a blue-print for your body. This will allow me to design a program specific to you.
3. your program. Now we are ready to begin. You will now participate in the most balanced training program available, utilizing all the components of fitness.
These components include resistance training (weight training) to tone and strengthen your muscles while increasing your metabolism, flexibility and balance for joint mobility and focus, cardio training for heart health, and core strength training for back stabilization and a firm midsection.
